00About Us · Est. Aug 2025
Software built by people who care what it's for.
ProEduvate started as a small team frustrated with clunky institutional software — and grew into a product company building across eight sectors.

Why we started.
The gap we set out to close, what we built to close it, and where that leaves us now.
01The gap
Institutional software was years behind everything else.
The tools institutions relied on to teach, assess and administer felt nothing like the software the same people used every day. That gap was the whole reason to start.

Sectors we now build across
02What we did
We built our own products instead of waiting.
Rather than pitch a fix, we shipped one — then found the same gap in enterprise software written without AI-native thinking, and kept going.

Products built and run in-house
03Where we are
Two halves of one company, one standard.
Today we run our own product line and take on client work that needs the same standard applied. Same team, same bar, whichever side it comes from.

Mission
Build AI-powered software that makes learning and enterprise work measurably better, not just more automated.
Vision
A world where every institution and enterprise team has access to software as capable as the biggest tech companies'.

Leadership
About our CEO.
Uma Devi G
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Uma Devi G founded ProEduvate on a straightforward observation: the software institutions depend on every day had fallen years behind the software the same people use everywhere else. She started the company to close that gap rather than complain about it.
The role since has been less about direction-setting in the abstract and more about holding one standard across two halves of a company — the products ProEduvate runs itself and the work it takes on for clients. Same team, same bar, whichever side it comes from.

How we get better.
Not a list of features. This is the trajectory — what compounds as we build, hire, and ship.
Step 01
Innovation
We treat AI as a foundation, not a feature bolt-on — pushing our products toward what learning and enterprise software could be, not just what's expected.
Step 02
Quality
Every product we ship carries our name. We hold our own IP and client work to the same bar: tested, accessible, and built to last past launch day.
Step 03
Impact
We measure success in learning outcomes and operational hours saved for our clients, not feature counts or engagement theater.
Step 04
Integrity
We're transparent with clients, partners, and each other, especially about the limits of the AI systems we build. Trust compounds; hype doesn't.
Step 05
Craft
From micro-interactions to data pipelines, we sweat the details that make software feel considered rather than assembled.
Step 06
Speed
We ship in tight, reviewable increments so our products and our clients' projects keep moving without sacrificing quality.
